Jeremy Dickinson
Qualifying Broker
Jeremy received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University Montgomery in 2001 and began his career as a Commercial Loan Portfolio Examiner at Regions Bank. As a loan examiner, Jeremy traveled the southeastern United States auditing various commercial loan portfolios, as well as performing due diligence for potential bank mergers. Jeremy then became a commercial real estate relationship manager at Regions before moving to BBVA Compass Bank. At BBVA Compass, Jeremy productively managed and grew his commercial real estate loan portfolio successfully financing numerous land acquisition and development deals and commercial and residential construction projects.
In 2006 Jeremy joined Developers Realty entering the real estate brokerage industry with a strong background in real estate finance, understanding that the financial aspect of the project is usually the most integral. At Developers Realty Jeremy specializes in retail site selection, retail leasing, and assists developers in market analysis, cost analysis and project management. Jeremy holds a real estate broker’s license in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Mississippi

He has held senior leadership positions in public and privately held companies including KinderCare, Movie Gallery, Hollywood Entertainment, AT&T Prime Communications, Aronov, Newton Oldacre McDonald, Triton Management, CSC, MCR, and Tecolote. His retail development, store growth, site selection, deal making, business acquisition, and portfolio management experience spans every state, province or market in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
At Developers Realty Keith specializes in tenant representation for select retailers, retail site selection, and discovery of accretive business opportunities throughout the southeast.
